Shipping policy

Please NOTE: Solo ships all products directly from Nigeria. 

• You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships (for international shipments).
• Estimated shipping time is between 3 - 7 days for orders in Nigeria. ETA for international shipments will be shared as soon as the order is completed
• To limit excess inventory, we produce in batches therefore in some situations, we may have an up to 5-10 days order processing window.

CUSTOM CHARGES AND UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES
From the time your package leaves Solo until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with the shipping company. Some countries might be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery. Please check with your the shipping company in your country before your order. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility. Solo cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages during or post delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer within 24 hours. In the rare case of missing parcels, please  send an email to help@solo.com.ng  immediately.
 
SIGNATURE
All international packages require a signature upon delivery; a tracking number will be provided once shipment is made.

ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing typically takes 3-7 days from receipt of payment. Please note that during busy periods, processing time of your order may take up to 5-10 days. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
